Payment Terms

Normal payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice, which is issued on despatch of goods.  All new customers shall be subject to a credit history check, following which we reserve the right to request advance payment in the case of poor credit history.

Product Pricing

The company reserves the right to amend prices, as necessary, without prior notice.  All prices stated are subject to VAT, which will be charged at the current UK rate.  All prices are exclusive of VAT and carriage charges, except where specifically stated.  All quotations are valid for 60 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Customer orders MUST state any official quotation, special offer or agreed price reference at the time of purchase to qualify for any price discount.

NOTE: Discounts are available for bulk and/or standing order purchases.

Handling & Delivery Charges

All orders, unless specifically agreed in advance by Quest Biomedical Limited, will be subject to handling and delivery charges.  Current charges can be obtained by contacting Quest Biomedical Limited.

Delivery Methods

To ensure prompt delivery, all routine UK Mainland orders will be despatched using an approved overnight courier service.
NOTE:  Non UK Mainland, overseas and non-routine orders will be handled on an individual basis.

Damaged Goods

Claims for any breakages or shortage of product in a delivery may only be accepted if the company is notified within 72 hours of the receipt of the goods.


Wherever possible, exchange of identical goods will be carried out within 48 hours of receiving a request, at the discretion of the company.

Return of Goods

Standard stock items will only be accepted for return with the prior consent of the company.  Quest Biomedical Limited operates a strictly no returns policy on any specialist product, specifically ordered from particular suppliers at the customer’s request. Where accepted for return, all products must be returned for credit within 14 days from the date of invoice.  The following goods are unacceptable for exchange:

Cancellation of orders

Orders cannot be cancelled without the prior consent of the company.

Standing orders must be cancelled in writing at least 3 weeks before the next scheduled shipment date.
