AB Analitica RealQuality Real-Time PCR Identification Kits
RealQuality RI-HPV STAR (RI-01)
The RealQuality RI-HPV STAR kit is for the identification of HPV by Real-Time PCR, with the option to genotype directly on a strip.
Starting Material: DNA extracted from cervical/vaginal swabs.
Amplified Region: L1 protein gene.
Reaction Mix: Ready-to-use reagents including a fluorescent normaliser, dUTP/UNG system for prevention of contamination.
Internal Control: β-globin (BG) gene amplification.
Positive Controls: DNA containing part of the HPV genome and BG gene.
Run Time: 150 minutes.
The HPV positive sample can be directly genotyped by reverse hybridisation on strips using AmpliQuality kits HPV-TYPE (03-29R) and AmpliQuality HPV-TYPE HR (03-30R).
RealQuality RQ-HPV HR (RQ-22)
The RealQuality RQ-HPV HR kit is for the identification and genotyping of 8 high risk HPV types – 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, 58 and 67 – and has been validated on the ABI 7000/7300/7500 (Applied Biosystems) and I-Cycler (Bio-Rad).

AmpliQuality HPV-HS-Bio (03-23A and 03-23R)
The AmpliQuality HPV-HS-Bio kit is for the identification of HPV by nested PCR, with the option to genotype directly on a strip.
Kits Include:
- Ready-to-use, single-dosed reagents for nested amplification.
- TAQ polymerase.
- Amplification control (amplification of TST gene).
- Positive control (recombinant plasmid DNA of HPV 54).
- Reagents for gel electrophoresis (03-23A only).
The biotinylated nested PCR product can be used for HPV genotyping by reverse hybridisation on strips using AmpliQuality kits HPV-TYPE (03-29R) and AmpliQuality HPV-TYPE HR (03-30R).

These kits, which contain only strips and typing reagents, can be used with the biotinylated product obtained with RealQuality kit RI-HPV STAR (R1-01) and AmpliQuality kit HPV-HS-Bio (03-23A and 03-23R).
AmpliQuality HPV-TYPE (03-29R)
AmpliQuality HPV-TYPE is for genotyping by Reverse Line Blot of low and high-risk HPV types – 6, 11, 40, 42, 43, 44, 54, 61, 70, 72, 81, 16, 18, 26, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 73 and 82. Other HPV types, not listed, will give a positive result to a universal HPV sequence on the strip.
AmpliQuality HPV-TYPE HR (03-30R)
AmpliQuality HPV-TYPE HR is for genotyping by Reverse Line Blot of high-risk HPV types – 16, 18, 26, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 73 and 82.

AB Analitica AmpliQuality Identification and Typing on Strips Kits
AmpliQuality HPV-TYPE EXPRESS (03-35A)
The AmpliQuality HPV-TYPE EXPRESS kit is for the identification and typing of HPV by single-step PCR and Reverse Line Blot and is useful for higher volume screening of cytological samples (e.g. ThinPrep, SurePath) where high sensitivity is not required. The kit can detect types 6, 11, 40, 42, 43, 44, 54, 61, 70, 72, 81, 16, 18, 26, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 73 and 82. Other HPV types, not listed, will give a positive result to a universal HPV sequence on the strip. The amplification includes the dUTP/UNG system for the prevention of contamination due to carry over. On the strip, there is also a specific probe for TST gene detection, used as an amplification control of the extracted DNA.

The kit can detect types 6, 11, 40, 42, 43, 44, 54, 61, 70, 72, 81, 16, 18, 26, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 73 and 82. Other HPV types, not listed, will give a positive result to a universal HPV sequence on the strip.
