Payment Terms
Normal payment terms are strictly 30 days NETT from date of invoice.
Product Prices
The company reserves the right to amend prices, as necessary, without prior notice. All prices stated are subject to VAT, which will be charged at the current rate. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. All product prices quoted are exclusive of VAT & carriage charges (see below), except where specifically stated. Customer orders MUST state any official quotation, special offer or agreed price reference at the time of purchase to qualify for any price discount.
NOTE: Discounts are available for bulk and/or standing order purchases.
Handling & Delivery Charges
All orders, unless specifically agreed in advance by Quest Biomedical Limited, will be subject to handling & delivery charges.
Current charges can be obtained by calling Quest Biomedical Limited.
Please note an additional charge will apply to the following shipments:
· Oversized shipments.
· Deliveries supplied to non UK Mainland addresses.
· Products shipped under special conditions, e.g. in dry ice.
· Special urgent delivery requests, using courier service, which must be requested at time of placing official order.
Delivery Methods
To ensure prompt delivery, products will be shipped by either courier, Royal Mail Special delivery or First Class Post, depending on the size, weight and nature of the products being shipped, on a next day service.
Damaged Goods Claims for any breakages or shortage of product in the delivery may only be accepted if the company is notified within 72 hours of the receipt of the goods. Exchanges
Return of Goods
Standard stock items will only be accepted for return with the prior consent of the company. Quest Biomedical Limited operates a strictly no returns policy on any specialist product specifically ordered from particular suppliers at the customer's request. Where accepted for return, all products must be returned for credit within 14 days from the date of invoice. The following goods are unacceptable for exchange:
· Goods which have deteriorated due to age, incorrect storage, handling or abuse.
· Goods returned in damaged, defaced packaging or which have been opened or partly used.
· Goods damaged by fire, water or smoke.
Cancellation of orders Orders cannot be cancelled without prior arrangement with the company. Standing orders must be cancelled in writing at least 3 weeks before the last shipment date.
